Dr. Stone is the eldest of six siblings. The wife of Deacon Norman Stone, the mother of two sons; Coaches Larry J. and LaVaar J. Scott, and Grandmother of four.

Dr. Stone served twenty one years as a Licensed Practical nurse. She is now retired. She studied and received a Doctorate Degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Dr. Stone endeavors to be a witness for the Lord in her daily living.

Lifetime resident of Sebring, Fl and is a current member of FMBC. She was baptized under the late Rev. T.L. Jenkins in 1952. Evangelist Kerney received the call to ministry in 1998 and preached her initial sermon in December 1998. She received her ministerial license in April 1999. Currently serving on the Ministerial Team, she also serves as a Teacher of the adult Sunday school class and Directress of the Health Ministry.
